The Law of Ukraine dated July 14, 2021 No. 1645-IX ratified the Financial Agreement between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank "Ukraine Recovery Program", which was signed on December 9, 2020 (hereinafter - the Financial Agreement). In accordance with this agreement, it is envisaged to attract 340 million euros to finance activities aimed at the implementation of projects for the restoration of social infrastructure, housing and communal facilities, etc. in regions affected by the military conflict (under the control of the Government of Ukraine), as well as in those which suffered the greatest load due to a significant influx of internally displaced persons.
Credit funds will be directed to communities in the form of a subvention from the state budget to local budgets.
